DEPAN DAN BANGUNAN – Kondisi gedung mudah dikenali. Kebersihannya juga sangat terjaga, mulai dari pintu masuk hingga ke dalam kamar dan kamar mandi. Di Lobby juga disediakan toilet. Tatanan ruang tunggu bersih dan rapi, nyaman juga. Tersedia dua lift dan masih berfungsi dengan sangat baik. Ada tangga juga. Resepsionis berpenampilan rapi, sangat ramah, cepat tanggap, tingkat komunikasi yang baik, melayani keluhan dengan cepat. Saat menginap di sana kemarin, pendingin ruangannya sempat tidak mau dinyalakan, begitu juga dengan telepon, tapi begitu saya menghubungi resepsionis, mereka sangat cepat dan sigap dalam mengatasi keluhan. Petugas keamanannya rapi, bersih, namun kurang ramah dan tidak memberikan salam. KAMAR – Kualitas tempat tidur sangaaaaatt baik, ranjangnya ngga bunyi penting, bersih, rapi. Penerangan kamar juga baik, ada lampu terang, redup, dan lampu dengan penerangan minim di balik ranjang. Kualitas air kamar mandi juga bagus, hhmm karena saya kemarin di kamar yang kecil jadi ya ukuran kamar mandinya juga kecil, khususnya ruang showernya. Perlengkapan kamar mandi lumayan, tapi ngga ada hair dryer. Tidak disediakan makanan kecil di sana, ngga ada kulkas juga. Tidak ada pemanas air, brankas, dan perlengkapan ibadah. Di kamar ada wifi dan sangat lancar, tersedia colokan juga di berbagai sudut, disediakan sandal juga sepasang aja hiks TV berfungsi baik, hhmm tv cable ngga ada kayaknya. Sekalipun tidak disediakan alat ibadah, tapi ada petunjuk kiblat kok. Ohya disediakan air mineral dua botol ya di dalam kamar. PARKIR – 4/5 Area parkir memadai, bersih, dan rapi. MAKANAN DAN BREAKFAST – 5/5 Kemarin saya dapat sarapan kudunya, hanya saja memilih tidak makan. Tapi yang paling saya cintai dari Hotel 88 Embong Kenongo ini adalah MAKANANNYA UENAAAAK SEMUAAAAAAAA, MURAAAH JUGAAAA. Ini makanan yang room service ya. Sedihnya mereka ngga punya restoran hotel sendiri sih kalau untuk orang luar yang ke sana karena pengen makannya aja jadi ga bisa. Hiks. Saya suka nasi bebek gorengnya, iga bakarnya, nasi goreng cuminya, aaaakkk masih banyak yang lain. Pengen mukbang di sana deh jadinya. OVERALL – Tidak diperbolehkan merokok di dalam maupun di luar kamar. Akan ada pengenaan denda bagi yang melanggar. Di lobby disediakan smoking room tersendiri dan disediakan juga minuman teh atau kopi gratis. eh tapi anehnya, dikasih ashtray loh di kamar. muahahahahaa buat buang bungkus permen kali ya.. Resepsionis menyediakan produk kue oleh-oleh kas Surabaya yang bermerk 88. I would appreciate if novotel could at least find out why and try to solve my pending e-voucher hotel with since the payment already deducted from my credit card the day before. I believe novotel have contact person with and could resolve this matter quickly without troubling the guest. Then we were allotted an executive suite, after much argument. We could not sleep the whole night as there was a wedding in the hotel and there was a party in the room above. Till 4 am in the morning we were awake and had to threaten to call the police to get them to shut off the music. Unique architecture combined with beautiful Garden in the heart of Surabaya. It is a good asset which another hotel doesnt have. I wish that this beautiful garden can be maintained. The regreneration planning of the trees should be planned. Room is perfect, cleaned and well maintained. I am very happy. A bit problem is in the lobby area. Hope that It can be solved soon.
